Amália Paint

From the series “FADO”Acrylic on canvas | 100 x 100 cm
Named after the legendary fado singer Amália Rodrigues, this painting is part of the FADO collection and explores the emotional architecture of voice through a limited palette of black, white, and gold.

The composition unfolds in organic fractals inspired by butterfly wings—symbols of transformation and fleeting beauty. Layers of textured dots add rhythm and movement, echoing the sacred geometric pulse of voices rising from silence. The shimmering gold highlights evoke moments of grace within melancholy, much like fado itself, inviting the viewer into a sensory and emotional dance.

Amália is not just a portrait of sound—it’s a meditation on longing, metamorphosis, and the quiet power of presence.
