Yes. The showroom is open to everyone. Best to give us a call though. You can shop furniture, lighting, and curated pieces without booking a service.

Yes. We act as buyers' agents for expats, second-home buyers, and investors — helping you find and secure the right property in Portugal.

Do you work with international clients?

Absolutely. We work with many clients living abroad and offer remote design packages to support them end-to-end.

Do you offer trade discounts to professionals?

Yes. Designers, architects and professionals can apply to our B2B membership and order through us with trade discounts and project support.

itsk.studio is a Lisbon-based interior design / property consultancy / showroom. Known for its curated, soulful approach to residential and hospitality projects. We work with international clients - offering design, furnishing, and project delivery with a refined, minimalist aesthetic.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Interior Architect / Project Manager who combines design sensitivity with strong organizational and leadership skills. You’ll take projects from concept through completion - balancing creative direction, client communication, and execution. This role is designed to be more senior, autonomous, and strategically aligned with the studio’s future. You’ll collaborate closely with the rest of our team.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Lead projects from design concept to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and freelancers.
Prepare and track project schedules, deliverables, and reports in project managment softwares.
Manage budgets and communicate progress with the operations team.
Supervise on-site works and installations.
Inform and / or request necessary licensing

Design Development

Translate client briefs into conceptual layouts and material palettes.
Review and refine AutoCAD drawings and 3D models.
Prepare client presentations and design packs.
Maintain quality and alignment with itsk.studio’s design language.

Client & Supplier Relations

Act as day-to-day client contact; set expectations, communicate changes early.
Develop supplier network; attend fairs/showrooms; negotiate lead times/terms.
Support Operations and procurement to ensure on-time, error-free deliveries.

Studio Leadership

Improve and document workflows (SOP´s)
Mentor junior/freelance designers when projects require.
Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities or collaborations.

Profile

Degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture.
5 + years’ experience in residential and hospitality design within a design studio.
Proven ability to manage full project cycles independently.
Excellent AutoCAD, 3D and presentation skills
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Fluent in English and Portuguese.
Balanced mindset: design passion + practical management discipline.
