Location & Showroom
Where is your studio / showroom based?
itsk.studio is based in Lisbon, Portugal. We work throughout the country - including the coast, countryside, the Algarve, Comporta, but also have projects outside of Portugal.
Can I visit your showroom?
Yes. Our showroom is open to everyone, although it´s always better to give us a call before as sometimes we are out visiting projects or in meetings. You don’t need to book a design service - you’re welcome to browse and shop selected furniture, lighting, and art pieces.
Can I buy just one piece of furniture or art?
Absolutely. While we often furnish full homes, many clients visit us for one-of-a-kind pieces. We carry both collectible and commercial items, and we ship internationally on request.
Interior Design Services
What kind of interior design services do you offer?
We offer a range of services - from full interior architecture and renovation support to furniture-only projects, remote design packages, and styling.
Do you also do smaller projects like just one room?
It depends. Our services are best suited for full-home furnishing, redesigns, or projects with a clear scope. We’re happy to assess fit on a case-by-case basis.
Do you offer renovation and construction?
We collaborate with trusted builders and contractors, this is an add-on that we offer, but our role is design-led - we’re not a construction company, but we help ensure everything is executed with precision and care.
Can you help if I live abroad?
Yes. Our remote interior design package is ideal for expats or overseas clients. We guide you through the entire process, including sourcing, layout, and ordering.
What if I already have a property but no furniture?
That’s where our Furniture-Only service comes in. We help furnish and style your home — no construction required.
Property Hunting
Do you also help find properties?
Yes. Our Property Hunting service is designed for expats, second-home buyers, and investors. We act as your independent buyers’ agent - sourcing, viewing, negotiating, and guiding you through the buying process.
Do you work with real estate agents?
We’re independent — we don’t sell property. That means we work for you, not the seller. We collaborate with multiple agents and private sellers to get the best match for your needs.

Do you only work with expats?
Not at all. While many of our clients are international, we also work with locals, developers, hotel groups and other design-conscious clients who value quality and guidance.
Do you work with developers or investment projects?
Yes. We offer tailored packages for investors, developers, and short-term rental owners looking to increase property value or market appeal.
What is your design style?
We call it Eclectic Minimalism. Our work is timeless, minimal, and considered - blending restraint with warmth and character.
Pricing & Process
How much does a project cost?
Every project is different. We usually work with minimum budgets and project fees depending on the service and scope. Transparency is key - we’ll always clarify budgets upfront.
Do you charge for the initial consultation?
We offer a Discovery Call of 15 minutes free of charge. For more in-depth advice or on-site visits, we offer paid consultations.
Do you get commissions from brands?
Yes - and we’re transparent about it. Our trade partnerships allow us to offer value to clients while maintaining a sustainable business model.

Do you sell furniture online?
Currently, we sell directly through our Lisbon showroom and studio. If you’re looking for something specific, feel free to reach out.
Do you offer trade pricing for professionals?
Yes. We have a dedicated B2B Membership for designers, architects, and industry professionals. You can apply for access and order pieces through us with trade discounts.
What’s the benefit of ordering through you as a professional?
