60 minutes with us and you leave knowing what to do next. We ask most of the questions. How you live, what is frustrating you, what you want to achieve, what your priorities are, and what your budget can actually take. Then we tell you what we think, directly.

Price: In person 250 EUR + VAT · Online 200 EUR + VAT.

Formats: In person, 60 minutes at your property in Lisbon. Online, 60 minutes by video, wherever you are. Send photos, floor plans, or a walkthrough beforehand.

Deliverable: The consultation itself.

If an hour is enough and you do not need anything else from us, we will say so.

One room. A clear direction.

You know which room. You want it designed properly, and you are happy to handle the buying and installation yourself. This is not full interior design. You are buying a clear direction you can execute, and a shopping list you can order from.

What we need: Room photographs, floorplan or dimensions, what furniture you are keeping, references you like, your budget, and what is not working.

Process: A 30-minute consultation, then direction on style, concept, colour, material, furniture and lighting. One 2D layout. A selection of up to twelve key pieces. An indicative budget.

Deliverables: Design direction, one 2D layout, furniture and lighting selection, a shopping list with product links where available, an indicative budget, implementation guidance, and minor clarifications by email.

Delivery: 7 to 10 working days.

Not included: Revisions, 3D renderings, technical drawings, measurement validation, procurement, supplier coordination, delivery management, installation and styling.

From direction to a considered design.

More developed and more collaborative than The Room Brief, but you still do not need us to buy it or install it. The difference is depth and refinement, not simply more products.

What we need: Everything The Room Brief needs, plus accurate measurements where you have them, existing plans, and more detailed furniture and functional requirements.

Process: A 45-minute consultation, developed spatial, aesthetic, material, and furniture direction, a developed 2D layout, a review of your measurements so the solution is realistic, detailed sourcing, one revision round, and a 45-minute presentation.

Deliverables: Developed design concept, 2D layout, furniture and lighting selections, detailed shopping list, indicative budget, one revision, final presentation and implementation direction.

Delivery: Around 10 working days.

Optional: 3D visualization available as an add-on.

Not included: Procurement, supplier coordination, installation, project management, technical drawings, construction documentation and site supervision.

When you want us to take the project further.

For larger or more complex projects where you want itsk. to take responsibility for the design, and usually for making it happen. We take a small number of these each year.

Scope: Depending on the project: discovery and briefing, spatial planning, concept design, design development, furniture and lighting, materials and finishes, 3D visualisation, technical documentation, procurement, project management, installation and styling.

On the fee: That is a starting design fee, not a project price. The final fee depends on size, number of rooms, complexity, documentation, procurement, project management and installation. We would rather have an honest conversation about that at the start than a difficult one later.
