Your order is not accepted until itsk confirms its acceptance. We must receive and process your payment in order for the order to be accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as itsk may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after the order has been accepted. If we do not accept, make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting you through the email, billing address and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or events beyond our control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the products over to the carrier, unless applicable law provides otherwise. 7. Optional tools

itsk is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. By using the Services, your device communicates with Shopify's systems so that the Services can be delivered. You and itsk consent to the venue and personal jurisdiction of such courts. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have to bring claims in your local courts or to rely on mandatory laws applicable where you live.

The Terms of Service may be available in languages other than English. To the extent of any inconsistencies or conflicts between these English Terms of Service and the Terms of Service available in another language, the most recent English version of the Terms of Service will prevail. Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service will be resolved in English, unless otherwise determined by itsk (acting at its sole discretion) or required by applicable law.

Returns and cancellations

Return eligibility depends on where the order was delivered and on the items in the order.

Where returns are accepted, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unused, with tags and in the original packaging, unless otherwise stated in the return instructions. The refund may be reduced if the item has been used, damaged or handled more than necessary.

Orders delivered in Portugal

Consumers in Portugal have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, as described below under "Returns and cancellations in the European Union", which prevails over any other provision of this policy.

You can also request to cancel or remove items from your order within 1 hour of placing the order.

Returns and cancellations in the European Union

If you are a consumer in the European Union and buy goods online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive the goods, for any reason, unless an exemption applies.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days.

We will refund eligible cancelled orders within 14 days of being informed of the cancellation, but we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or received proof that you have sent them.

For eligible cancellations, we will refund the price of the product and the cost of standard delivery, if you paid for delivery. We are not required to refund any additional amount paid for express or premium delivery that exceeds the cost of standard delivery.

Refunds

We will send a notification after we receive and inspect the return, to let you know whether the refund has been approved. Thank you for shopping at itsk. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs and what to expect after purchase.

Order processing

Unless otherwise stated on our website, orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after noon, at weekends or on public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped, if the shipping method allows it.

The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, are not guaranteed and start counting once the order has shipped. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions or other events beyond our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, the weight of the order and the shipping method selected. Free standard shipping may be available on selected orders, as shown at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link, where applicable. Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after you receive it.

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to make changes before the order ships, but once it is in transit it cannot be modified. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method, where possible.
