Cancellation Policy

Consultation Types: We offer a free and paid consultations / visits. The free consultation is limited to a brief discussion, while the paid consultation / visit provides more in-depth, personalized advice. Booking & Payment: Payment for the consultations is required at the time of booking. The 15-minute consultation is free of charge but must be booked in advance. Cancellations & Rescheduling: For paid consultations, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the consultation will not be refunded. For no shows, the full consultation fee will be forfeited. Consultation Duration: The consultation time is strictly limited to the scheduled duration. If you require additional time, you may book another session. Consultation Scope: Each consultation is focused on providing general advice and guidance. Specific design work, project proposals, or in-depth research are not part of the consultation service. Attendance: By booking a consultation, you agree to attend the session at the scheduled time. Please ensure you are ready and available at the designated time, as delays may reduce the time available for consultation.
